VSR balancing vs. standard factory balancing:– Standard factory balancing: The compressor and turbine are balanced separately at low speed (about 5,000-10,000 rpm) with no fine-tuning after assembly.– VSR balancing: The fully assembled turbo is tested under oil pressure at up to 100 000-250 000 rpm and fine-tuned in real time for perfect balance under real operating conditions.
