One bamboo shelf, three jobs. Clip it under your Skottle and it stores your cooking tools, gives you a usable bottom shelf while you cook, then flips to a tabletop when the food’s ready and it doubles as a cutting board if you need one.
The underside has a built-in cam system that locks onto the Skottle’s adjustable legs at the clamps, and the whole thing packs down into the Skottle carry bag. A little over 18 in wide and about 1/2 in thick.
